I was able to confirm with Fukuda that his condition resulted from the same action as me: taking a life. Just to eliminate the possibility that there could have been some other action that leads to surprise amputations.

I do appreciate that I wasn't outed at today's meeting. [in fact, she'd been wearing gloves that neatly concealed her missing hand, earlier today. said gloves seem to be gone now.] Seeing as Vlad knows, I no longer have any stake in keeping this information from others. I think I might let Eleanor know. She did ask nicely.

That said... if you do need to discuss the penalty, I would suggest using some discretion, for Grell and Fukuda. I suspect they have a reason for their silence on the matter... even if it would have been nice, to know about it beforehand. To say the least.
