I'd been worried about him. He seemed like he may have been getting into all kinds of trouble when I wasn't around.

What kind of trouble do you think he'd get into?

I can't say for sure... but he did seem to take his "Despair" assignment fairly seriously.

[housewolf]

I can't really argue with that.

I'm not sure he did any of the other sins.

[sistocracy]

[she sighs.] I think he may have liked danger, in a way. I hope he didn't go too far, doing something foolish...

[housewolf]

He didn't seem like the type to throw his life away.

[sistocracy]

No. He wasn't.

[she's thinking about something...]

This is bad.

Did you remember something?

I'm worried that people may think I'm the culprit.

What reason would you have for killing him? It seemed like you two got along just fine.

[she gives him a 'bless your heart' kind of smile, then her expression sobers.]

We did get along. Very well, in fact.

... considering he was a vampire hunter, and I am a vampire.

[He, maybe foolishly, wants to believe in people.]

[He doesn't think that's really enough to go on.]

I want to find out what really happened to him last night.

[well that's probably the coolest anyone's ever been about being told she's a vampire]

I do, too. Both to prove my innocence... and to ensure that whoever did this is punished.
